File Request for Ranking form with the Bureau of Pollution Control on or before February 1 of each year for the next fiscal year's ranking, i.e. February 1, 1990 for FY-91 Priority System\List. A preplanning conference (OPTIONAL) is held with the applicant, Engineer and OPC personnel.
